Scott Tackett, Executive Vice President of Classic Plains Construction has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Construction Program Management and Facilities Operations. Scott is responsible for the day-to-day field operations and management of all projects here at Classic Plains Construction. He directly oversees all Project Field Supervision, Scheduling, Safety and Quality Control.
