We help manage the project from the bidding process through move-in, keeping you on track with your timeline and your budget. RENOVATION SERVICES can take your restoration project to the next level with our team of qualified workers and partners. The GENERAL CONTRACTOR side of Classic Plains Construction has a Senior Management team consists of 204 years of combined experience. It enables us to take some of the most complex challenges in the market.

BUFFINGTON ROAD is a garden-style multifamily project located in Union City, Georgia. The site consists of 156 residential units in fifteen buildings. It will also have a pool and amenity area. The project started in April of 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in late September of 2022. MEMORIAL BOULEVARD is a multifamily residential apartment project in Pooler, GA. The project includes approximately 316 units in eight residential buildings. In addition to the units, there will be a leasing center, clubroom, and fitness center that will front a common area pool courtyard. The LOFTS AT HAMILTON project consists of 218 luxury loft units in Dalton, Georgia.  It will be a gated community with a fitness facility and a saltwater infinity pool. ACCENT MORNINGSIDE II is a multifamily residential apartment project on Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta, Georgia. This project consists of 164 residential units in two buildings. There will be a leasing office and clubroom.  Serene outdoor courtyard will include a gathering area with fireplace, gas grills and a water feature.
