Our process is straight-forward and we have protocols in place to ensure quality at every phase, from budget review, schedule updates, inventory control, monthly draw review and closeout. While our primary focus has been in the multifamily sector, we have experience in major projects such as commercial, industrial and specialized property types such as purpose built student housing, senior housing, educational facilities, restaurants, and elevated parking structures.
